KKIS works to build stronger communities in Playa del Carmen by eliminating financial obstacles to public education. They believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn and succeed, and we are dedicated to making education accessible and affordable for promising students in the community.
KKIS Mission
At KKIS (Keeping Kids in School), they believe that education reduces poverty, improves lives, and builds stronger communities. Recognizing that education is often unaffordable for many families in Mexico, they remove financial barriers to keep kids in school.
Through a combination of financial aid, community connections, and educational support, they achieve an impressive 86% high school graduation rate, compared to the national average of less than 50% throughout Mexico.

We are entrepreneurs from the United States who fell in love with Mexican culture and dance upon arriving in Mexico.
Inspired by the vibrant local scene, we envisioned blending our shared passion for helping others with purposeful events.
Our mission is to host dance gatherings that celebrate joy and community while supporting impactful causes.
